Information We Collect

We collect information you submit through our contact form or communications, including your name, email address, company, inquiry type, message and any other information you choose to provide.

When you use the website, we and our service providers may process limited technical information such as page URL, referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, timestamps and security or diagnostic data. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers that support our operations. Contact-form submissions are processed through EmailJS and the connected email provider. Our website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics. Google Fonts may receive limited network information when your browser requests font files.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and Cookies

Vercel Web Analytics is configured as a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use third-party cookies and reports aggregated page-view information. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.

International Transfers

OverX is based in Canada. Our providers may process information in Canada, the United States and other countries where they operate. In particular, EmailJS states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction.

Retention

We normally retain general and project inquiries for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Talent or employment inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after a decision. We may retain information longer where a contract, legal obligation, dispute or legitimate record-keeping need requires it. Provider logs and aggregated analytics are retained according to the relevant provider settings and policies.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information. If the GDPR applies, you may also request deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if applicable, your local EU or EEA supervisory authority.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website and our services are intended for businesses and people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
