Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory law, disputes concerning the website will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove mandatory protections or rights available in your place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date.

Severability and Entire Agreement
